Prepaid Orders:
Enjoy Free Shipping on all prepaid orders. There are no additional shipping or handling charges.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
We currently offer COD at no additional fee on eligible orders.

Order Processing

Once you place your order, our team will begin processing it as soon as possible. Most orders are dispatched to our delivery partners within 1–2 business days.

Our business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Time

For most serviceable PIN codes, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and circumstances such as weather conditions, transportation delays, strikes, remote locations, inventory availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email so you can follow your package's delivery status.

At the Time of Delivery

Please check the package carefully when it arrives.

If the package appears open, damaged, tampered with, or otherwise compromised, we recommend not accepting the delivery.

For added protection, we also recommend recording a continuous video while opening your package. If any item is missing, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with the unboxing video and relevant details so our team can assist you promptly.
